Friday Ultraviolet Digital Copy Fiesta!

Welcome to the Friday Film Fiesta, brought to you by the Green Lantern Ultraviolet Digital Copy! Why deal with the hassle of uploading a regular digital copy onto your PC or mobile device when you can store an Ultraviolet Digital Copy inside of a "digital cloud" and stream them from ANY** PC or mobile device?

Last week I asked you if you would be willing to pay $60 to watch movies on Pay-Per-View before they are released in theaters, and the majority of you voted NO. And really, why order a movie on Pay-Per-View when you can stream an Ultraviolet Digital Copy stored on a digital cloud?

**Apple devices only, no Androids allowed

- Box Office News: Real Steel STEALS the money from other movies, and also STEALS a record from Rocky IV. In other words, it was a REAL STEAL for REAL STEEL LOL GET IT?
- Trailer Time: Check out the new trailer for The Muppets and debut trailers for The Divide, Stephen King's Bag of Bones, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, 11-11-11, This Means War, Act of Valor, Sleeping Beauty, and American Reunion. Oh, and something about that Avenger Project they talked about at the end of Iron Man.
- In Theaters This Week: The Big Year, The Thing, and the remake absolutely nobody wanted to see, Footloose
- Next Week's Notable DVD Ultraviolet Digital Copy Releases: Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Red State, Bad Teacher, and the movie given rave reviews by the Place 2 Be Podcast, Monte Carlo!

- Speaking of this week's sponsor, what the heck exactly is this Ultraviolet Digital junk? Sorry to go off on a rant but Hollywood just spent the last few years basically telling us NOT to buy DVDs because they're obsolete, and now they're upset that nobody is buying them anymore? Hmm, could it be that people aren't buying DVDs anymore because they're too damn expensive? There's a REASON we spend so much time digging through the Wal-Mart DVD Death Bins.
- Apparently Sony reads the Fiesta. Hi Sony execs!
-RIP Qwikster, and possibly Reed Hastings' career too
- A very stupid woman is suing the distributor of Drive for false advertising and being anti-Semitic. JoBlo uses a Lionel Hutz joke, and I already made one the other day, so form your own opinion!
- Where have all the horror movies gone? Doo doo doo, doo doo doo, doo... sorry
- If you noticed that the Disney logo was nowhere to be seen during the Avengers trailer and are curious about its absence, here's your explanation
- Bad news for The Three Musketeers but good news for Our Boy Andy. Is there anything TiVo can't do?
- Coming Soon, Steve Jobs: the Movie!
- We have an update on the whereabouts of Our Fearless Leader, cWo Founder Tom Cruise
- This week in "Why the Hell Not" Reboot News: The Lone Ranger
- First Superman lost his undies, now new pics have him without his shirt
- There will be both a PG-13 and an R rated version of the sequel to X-Men Origins: Wolverine
- Disney is trying to ruin the zombie craze
- Javier Bardem joins the cast of Bond 23. I, personally, can't wait for Bond vs. Chigurh
- Not movie news, but movie related: Star Wars: The Clone Wars officially jumps the shark
- In other TV news, The Simpsons isn't going anywhere

And that brings us to this week's poll:

Do you prefer watching movies via digital copy or physical media (DVD, etc.)?
- Digital Copy
- Physical Media
- Illegally Downloaded
- I Prefer Reading Books
